Ensure your needlework kit is in its original packaging with the seal intact and no threads have been cut or used.

Email our customer care team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items back into their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage to the canvas or patterns during transit.

Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
